Quality Assurance Nurse for Home Health Care Agency

Mobile Personal Services Inc. is a Medicare Certified Accredited Home Health agency In New Port Richey Florida. We are currently seeking an Quality Assurance Nurse Manager to ensure all staff are performing at the highest level within state and federal regulations.
DUTIES OF POSITION
1. Ensures that the client's plan of care is executed as written
2. Assists in reviewing 485's and 486's
4. Assists with patient chart audits
5. Regularly participates in case conference activities and assures through attendance and record reviews that conferences are conducted and documented in accordance with Agency policy.
6. Reviews all reports of complaints, errors, incidents, and grievances to insure that they are fully documented and properly handled in the time-frame and manner specified by the Agency's policy.
7. Makes home visits regularly to observe care being rendered, to assess the condition and use of equipment and supplies, and to receive reports of the patient/family satisfaction with care.
8. Assures the confidentiality of clinical records.
9. Promotes and maintains an environment that is compliant with Federal, state and local regulatory agencies.
10. Participates in development and implementation of a staff educational program for documentation and Quality Improvement.
11. Works with administrative and supervisory personnel regarding home care visits to assure high quality and proper follow-up patient care with regard to patient needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Registered Nurse:
a. Must be licensed in the state of Florida
c. Must have at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health programs and one year of supervisory experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
