REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 6 months experience in Call Center, Sales, Marketing, or Telemarketing
Excellent written/verbal/computer/interpersonal communication skills
Effective listening skills
Must be a quick learner
Ability to identify needs through oral communication
PC proficiency with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Possess strong closing abilities
Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently
COMPENSATION
The compensation for this position is Base Salary
Commission and Residuals .
1st year sales agents meeting basic goals, average $35k.

(PTO) Paid Time Off - (10 days) offered after 12 months (5 vacations days
5 sick days)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
