Responsibilities:
Greet patients and guests in a friendly, enthusiastic manner Answer phones and take messages Schedule appointments and provide information about services offered Check patients in and out, collect payments, prepare charts, and answer questions about services Stock and organize office space Maintain an orderly check-in/out area Stock supply room Maintain confidentiality of all information provided to patients Keep front desk neat, orderly, and clean at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned by management We are looking for a team player who is reliable, punctual, organized, and personable.
