No insurance experience necessary.
We are willing to train and mentor.
This is an office-based position.
Experience Required:
Must be reliable, dependable, trustworthy and possess reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass State Background Check for licensure.
Must have outstanding phone etiquette and call management skills.
Must be computer knowledgeable and able to work in multiple programs at once.
Must be comfortable with communicating both in-person and in-writing.
Experience in working in a fast-paced office setting.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone, email and in-person inquires regarding insurance.
Treat all customers with respect and dignity.
Take information regarding customer inquiries and communicate to the rest of the team for appropriate follow up.
Handle customer inquiries, including insurance coverage and billing questions in a timely manner.
Assist customers by providing solutions to customers' problems.
Daily data entry within the office CRM.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to communicate with both internal and external customers.
Track customer payments, renewals, cancellations and new business with excellent organizational skills and report the outcome at team meetings.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail.
Must be willing be obtain 4-40 License.
