The Assembler I (Deltadyne) is responsible for building assemblies and subassemblies (including specialty assemblies).
This position is part of the Pall Aerospace Liquids Department and will be located onsite in New Port Richey, FL.
The work schedule is Monday thru Friday, 6:
30 AM to 3:
00 PM, and overtime is routine.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Produce basic components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies to blueprint and work instructions using precision measuring equipment Perform the following tasks:
a.
Assembly indicator no bimetal.
b.
Operate arbor and hydraulic presses.
c.
Spin and assembly sub- assemblies.
d.
Magnetizing.
e.
Swage filters.
f.
Deltadyne test and proof assemblies.
g.
Testing of leaks within the assemblies.
h.
Assembly and set basic indicators i.
Assembly hex indicators.
j.
Assembly armatures Communicate ideas, problems, and concerns to management.
The essential requirements of the job include:
High School Diploma or equivalent (i.
e.
, GED) Prior experience using calipers for precision measurements, ability to perform basic shop math, read and understand blueprints as well as verbal and written work instructions.
Ability to work with solvents, oils, and other chemicals; ability to bend, lift, stand, sit, and twist for long periods of time and required to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.

This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services.
