We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk/Patient care Coordinator to join our team.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients upon arrival - Check-in and check-out patients efficiently and accurately - Provide information about our GYN practice - Handle patient inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Verify insurance benefits, including copays & deductibles, process payments and maintain accurate records - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area & waiting room.
- Collaborate with others staff members, to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
- Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Amazing phone etiquette - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using front desk software systems- Athena - Knowledge of medical office operations and procedures - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client health information - Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in the medical field or front desk role preferred but not required
