WHAT YOU WILL DO AS THE RESERVATIONS SPECIALIST Greet all our clients with a smile and enthusiasm Make reservations for daycare, boarding, and grooming appointments Answer phone calls and emails Handle our pet clients Make sure all our clients have the necessary documents Upsell all services we offer YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU ARE Reliable - you show up on time ready to work Enthusiastic - you care about the services we provide and are happy to do your job Detail oriented - you notice the subtle changes in pet behavior, feed and medicate them correctly Tidy - you love to clean and keep your surroundings spotless Passionate - you truly care about the well-being of pets YOU POSSESS THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or pet care Phone and computer skills High school diploma WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING WITH US We are a fun and driven team and we get to play with puppies!
