Florida Bar Law License Family law firm located in New Port Richey/Tampa seeks to hire a motivated, associate attorney with 1-3
years prior experience to join thriving practice.
Practice is focused on Family Law with an emphasis on Trial Litigation and Collaborative Divorce.
We will train in litigation.
We are seeking a full-time associate attorney who is a self-starter with the following
Qualifications:
Must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
Experience in Family law or civil litigation experience a plus.
State Attorney or Public Defender experience a plus.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to factual investigations, legal research, drafting pleadings, substantive motions, persuasive case evaluation summaries and conducting discovery, conducting examinations under oath, depositions and trial support.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
