The overall position of a processor is to help with administration for all closing agents, title managers, and the general manager.

Responsible for keeping good communication with title managers and customers Responsible for having organizational skills when handling paperwork and files Responsible for getting tasks done in a timely manner Administrative duties for their assigned title manager Reports to the general manager Competencies Collaboration Skills, ability to interact with both internal and external customers at all levels Communication skills, verbal and written Ethical Conduct Organizational Skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment as well as manage deadlines and time constraints.

Office/indoor environment Services/Duties Answering phone calls Open new orders, order title search, Lien search, Survey & HOA Estoppels Review search docs & prepare title commitments Provide support to title managers & closing agents on a daily basis Approve outgoing wires Post incoming wires Warehouse closed files Preparing UPS packages for time sensitive documentation Prepare closed files for scanning Disburse files Filing Assist with Positive Pay Issues Assist general manager when needed Comply with ALTA Best Practices Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see, talk and hear.
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing and movement through the office is required.
This would require but is not limited to the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and maintain office equipment.
This job requires good hearing and eye sight for customer communication and computer input.

This is a full-time position.
