Conduct prompt follow-up of all leads Conduct tours of the facility.
Implement activities in the marketing plan as directed by Supervisor.
Plan and implement programs for residents and the community.
Develop and maintain computer database on all leads.
Visit area our residents who are in the hospital and/or rehab to maintain contact and obtain necessary readmission status information for the nursing department.
Contact Social Worker and Discharge Planners daily regarding status of our residents and their discharge status and relay information to the Director of Nursing.
Visit area hospitals and rehabs to develop professional relationships that will enable us to receive referrals.
Document all contacts with prospects, their families and/or advisors within the Reps system.
Establish and maintain open and effective communication with residents, their families, prospective residents and their families, co-workers and other members of the management team, referral sources and community sources.
Set up RN assessments of all prospective clients with the Director of Nursing.
Assist the coordination of the resident move-in and make sure room is ready and all necessary paperwork is in order and completed as required.
Expected to be present at marketing functions both outside and inside the BSL community.
Expected to be flexible with working schedule and conducting weekend tours.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
