Customer service and people skills are a must.
Accounts receivable representatives perform soft collections for Homeowner and Condominium Associations.
Responsibilities include:
Answering client questions regarding account information and balance Receiving and posting payments Issuing welcome letters to new unit owners Issuing notice of late assessment letters to delinquent unit owners Providing monthly reporting Qualifications include:
Previous experience as a full charge bookkeeper or accounts receivable Strong sense of customer service, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, including Board of Director members, homeowners, vendors and teammates
