Job Description We are looking for a Front Desk Manager to provide a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere to our patients and visitors.
The Front Desk Manager will be the first point of contact for all of our patients.
Responsibilities Welcome and greet patients in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls in a timely manner Scheduling appointments for patients Answer patient questions about services and products Maintain confidentiality of all patient information Checking patients in and out and performing cashier duties such as taking cash, credit card etc.
Coordinate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service making sure patients are treated in a timely manner.
Maintain clean work environment at front desk and throughout the practice (keeping waiting areas tidy, desks clean, shelves clean, etc.
) Perform other duties as assigned or requested by management.
Skills & Qualifications Previous customer service experience required.
Previous experience with EMR systems preferred.
Ability to build rapport with patients.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
