Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, greet clients, and handle general inquiries Coordinate and schedule appointments and maintain attorney's calendars Sorting, scanning and distributing paper and electronic mail Draft and/or proofread legal documents and correspondence E-filing documents via the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal Organizing hearings and upload files via JAWS Filing documents in case files Assist with organizing client files Assist with property management tasks, rent collection, lease agreements, and tenant inquiries Coordinate and schedule property inspections and maintenance requests Handle billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Qualifications:
Professional and friendly demeanor and attitude Excellent communication skills Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality Detail-orientated and strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Proficient with Apple computers and software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe, Zoom, case and file management systems Experience working in a legal or property management office is a plus.
