This position consists of:
Maintain organization in the office and filing system Verification of income and assets of applicants Perform move-in/move out Receive and process rent checks Answer phone, take applications, meet with residents and applicants Experience with Section 8 a plus, not a must Qualifications Computer skills required Must be detail oriented, and a good communicator, and get along well with others.
Additional job tasks as required.
