Responsibilities Maintain a clean, properly stocked and merchandised store Identify and resolve sales obstacles Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service Drive sales through effective communication with customers Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in our store Perform cashier duties Perform all regular cleaning activities, and other tasks included in your job assignments Check in merchandise deliveries from vendors Physical Requirements The position requires constant standing, bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 1-5 lbs, and occasional lifting of up to 20-30 lbs.
Qualifications High School diploma Demonstrated effective training, coaching and conflict resolution skills Highly motivated with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible work schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays and on-call Strong communication skills Prior c-store and/or customer service experience is a Plus but not mandatory.
