Responsibilities of a Account Representative:
Your typical day will include:
Providing support over the phone and going over a client's health information, then advising them with personalized solutions.
Work with any claims that your customers make on the policy.
Education and information on all plans available in the market.
Navigate the customer to the most appropriate plan that suits their needs.
Performing any other responsibilities as required for the role.
